Angel as "Rey" and Jesús as "Poe Dameron"
We're only hours away. We make it. We can make it spoiler-free. The Force is strong with us.

Sebastian as "Finn"
Ignoring our terrible skill of keeping track of days, one more day until The Force Awakens is out! We get the feeling that 'Bas might be a fan of Finn once everything's said and done.
Sean and Brandon as Stormtroopers
So is Episode 7 out yet?
It’s officially four days (technically three if you count the Thursday night screenings) until The Force Awakens is finally released so we decided to do a drawing a day of some of the characters getting their cosplay on. First day goes toward the Stormtroopers who completely misread Wayne Gretzky’s “you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take” mantra.
Earlier this year, we got in touch with the good people over at 3DP4E (http://www.3dp4e.com) because they were planning on testing out their 3D printing capabilities based on the work of comic artists. So we thought it would be cool to send him an old drawing of ‘Bas to test. Months went by and we never heard word back so we kind of forgot about it. That was until they gave us a call earlier this week and said we should expect to see something in the mail. And low and behold this was what it was.
Now don’t get too excited. This isn’t something that’s about to be sold. But if we can get some things tweaked and figure out how to do so we’ll definitely think about RT statues in the future. So who knows. But for right, take this a glimpse of a possible future.
First and foremost thanks for spreading the word about the contest. We’re amazed that people even sat down and drew characters we created in the first place. It honestly almost made us tear up just a bit. You’re all awesome for it. But so let’s get to the winners.
FIRST PLACE - baby-prince-oppa (with assistance from MisterCakerz)
I don’t we’ve ever looked more handsome in life. Like, ever haha. Great collaboration and we loved the anime influence to everything. It makes us feel like putting on cardboard armor and reenacting scenes from Ronin Warriors.
SECOND PLACE - blaxsheep
We love that you went with a comedic story approach and also we’ve always wanted to be in our own arcade game so double kudos. You actually inspired Brandon for a future comic so don’t be surprised if you get a co-writer credit in the future!
They did an amazing job and are basically now on the list of people we gotta call to draw the comic just in case Sean gets into a freak accident. We’ll try to have more of these in the future if anybody is interested in them. Overall we think it wa a good experience. Check out the illustrations of the winners drawn by Sean below!
